I am sure there is one universal truth that we can all agree upon – its too easy to gain weight and much harder to lose it. Food is not only a survival instinct, it is also a pleasurable thing for most of us. Many use food to fulfil psychological needs such as enjoying chocolate when feeling blue or munching on potato chips when we are bored. When things affect our emotions, they are much harder to refrain from doing.

Fast foods, avoid them like plague.

These days there are fast food restaurants on what seems like every corner and frequent commercials on television to remind us of their existence.

Couple that with the hectic pace that many of us try to keep up with and its no wonder that most people eat fast food far too often than is healthy.
